25 years of experience in the production of cured meat products, traditional products, based on traditional, often old time recipes, confirmed us in the belief that the emphasis we put on the quality of products available in our offer, was most right, thus justified.
At the same time, this experience allowed us to start production in categories such as ready meals, canned meat and delicatessen products. At present, these products are extremely popular and are gaining more and more customers. At the moment there are more than 30 as many different ready meals, and the same number of canned meat products. Leading assortments include regional products such as: sour soup (kwaśnica), cabbage with pork knuckle in highland style, cabbage
with bacon in highland style, square noodles (łazanki) with smoked bacon, pork roulades with vegetables, Mexican, spinach or chanterelle mushrooms filling – in sauces: garlic, tomato, cream, cream and chanterelle mushroom, or pork knuckle in the style of a thug.
I have to boast at this point about one of the many reviews we receive about our products , e.g. pork knuckle –in the style of a thug, “For dinner your product ”Pork knuckle in the style of a thug” – the last such I ate probably in the family home in the seventies, as the son of the director-in-chief at the Meat Plant in ……, tasty above the ordinary. My compliments for a great pork knuckle.”
The above is confirmed also by the distinction received from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development based on the decision of Agricultural and Food Quality Inspection (IJHARS) granting the right to use the quality mark “Poznaj Dobrą Żywność” (Know Good Food). The right to use this designation has: Minced meat cutlet with cabbage and Meat without “E”.
In the case of delicatessen products, the basic assortment we really should boast is pork rolls with Mexican, bacon and cucumber, mushroom and cheese filling, or poultry rolls with spinach, available both by the kilogram and in trays of fixed weight. Rolls, however, are not all we would like to mention, as we also recommend ready-made dishes on trays, including: chicken in bell pepper sauce with rice, Asian-style pork with rice, minced meat cutlets with cabbage, scions in dill sauce with Polish gnocchi, pasta with carbonara sauce, curry chicken with noodles or the novelty – chicken kiev with mashed potatoes, carrots and peas .
What all the above-mentioned products have in common – an unforgettable taste, obtained by using in the production processes.
