MicroFood S.A. is a family company based in Ostrzeszów, operating since 2011. We produce snacks of dried fruits and vegetables under the Puffins brand. This year, we have extended our offer with dried cheeses. Our products are dried using the puffing method, in low temperature and at lowered pressure. This makes our Puffins dried fruits, vegetables or cheeses distinguished by their unique crunchiness.
Dried fruits and vegetables are used to produce grits being the ingredient of among others muesli, fruit teas and breakfast mixtures as well as the powders used in the production of cakes, crèmes, cereals and gruels.
Our products are sold to various locations around the world via multiple channels. Since our company focuses on environmental protection, we prefer fruits and vegetables from organic farming, growing without any toxic plant protection products. We use only top-quality raw materials, non-genetically modified.
All our dried fruits and vegetables hold the European Organic Certificate and VEGAN certificate, which we successfully renew every year. As one of a few companies in Poland, we hold the IFS certificate – i.e. the international food safety standard.
