The history of “MAKO” dates back to 1978. The company was founded by Marian and Krystyna Koperski. Over the years, the business has grown, expanding its product range. In 2001, a new production plant was opened, fully adapted to the requirements of the European Union. Today, “MAKO” is a thriving food factory famous in the confectionery industry, especially for producing murzynki (warm ice cream), filled tubes, meringues and puff straws. The “MAKO” offer enjoys an ever-growing circle of enthusiasts.
“MAKO” is a confectionery manufacturer that has achieved a high position on the market mainly due to the high quality of its products. This would not have been possible without an experienced and specialised staff and a well-thought-out commercial policy. Some of our most recognisable delicacies include murzynki (a.k.a. warm ice cream), meringue and meringue discs, custard tubes and topped puff straws. These are ready-made, light desserts and sweets by weight and tried and tested semi-finished products to help you make homemade cakes and pies.
As confectioners, we are convinced that our products will make every moment more enjoyable. They are perfect as a treat for guests or as a light and delicious dessert after Sunday lunch.
