FABRYKA CUKIERNICZA KOPERNIK S.A. IS THE OLDEST CONFECTIONERY FACTORY IN POLAND
…and one of the oldest in Europe. Since its inception, the company has been specialising in the production of the world-famous and beloved Toruńskie Pierniki® (Toruń gingerbread). Our offer also includes waffles and cookies. All our products are manufactured exclusively in our factory in Toruń, based on original, closely guarded recipes passed down from generation to generation.
The history of Toruńskie Pierniki® dates back to the 13th century, when this world-famous speciality began to be baked in Toruń. Due to its high quality and unique taste, Toruńskie Pierniki® has become iconic and is one of the most characteristic Polish delicacies. Fabryka Cukiernicza Kopernik S.A. is the sole heir to this over 700-year-old tradition, having registered trademarks for products such as Toruńskie Pierniki®, Katarzynki® and many others.
