CUIAVIA OSM is a highly regarded dairy producer in Poland. The leading products from Inowrocław include fresh milk, powdered milk, butter, buttermilk, cottage cheese, homogenized cheese, and yoghurts. These products are made from the highest quality raw materials, in compliance with food safety requirements. The cooperative has implemented the HACCP food safety system and obtained an SGS compliance certificate. Since May 1, 2004, the facility has been approved for trading in the European Union markets. CUIAVIA Okręgowa Spółdzielnia Mleczarska [district dairy cooperative] in Inowrocław has about 500 suppliers and employs over 150 people.
