Each roast is controlled using a special coffee roasting programme. Saved recipes guarantee the repeatability of taste, so you don’t have to worry that your coffee will taste different next time.
Craft coffee roasting is a whole process that does not end once the beans have been removed from the oven. A special cooling tray ensures that the beans cool down within the right time, which makes the coffee very aromatic and free of a heavy, smoky aftertaste. AFTER COOLING, THE COFFEE IS CLEANED IN A SPECIAL PNEUMATIC DESCALER TO REMOVE ANY IMPURITIES THAT COULD DAMAGE THE GRINDER IN THE COFFEE MACHINE.
