Antonius Caviar is a unique Polish brand, the effect of several decades of experiences and the need for innovation. The company is not only one of the world’s biggest sturgeon breeders but also one of the leading caviar producers (the largest in Europe and second in the world) – it’s primarily a family consisting not only of both the founders and the following generations developing the company but also the employees of all levels. With due respect we use the gifts of nature. Rooted in the surrounding nature, we cherish the craft rituals passed down from generation to generation. We are on of just a few companies in the world, which obtain roe only and exclusively from the fish we breed and raise ourselves in our own farms.  Thanks to this from the very beginning we have an impact on the quality and consistency of our product.

Antonius Caviar is a top-quality caviar, therefore it is unpasteurized, obtained in a traditional way and prepared using the “Malossol” method. Most importantly, it is real caviar, i.e. salted sturgeon fish roe! The structure of the grains will be buttery and delicate, and the richness of vitamins will be fully preserved.

Antonius Caviar offers three varieties of caviar (i.e. from three species of sturgeon).

Oscietra is a caviar sourced form sturgeons of the Acipenser gueldenstaedtii spicies. Large grains (2.7 to 3.5 mm in diameter) have a slightly nutty, intriguing, saturated flavor. They come in shades of gray, brown, olive and even gold.

Siberian, in turn, is obtained from sturgeons of the Acipenser baerii species. Its pearls with a diameter of 2.4 to 3.2 mm are characterized by an intense aroma and come in shades from black to light brown.

Albino is made of bester – a unique albino hybrid of beluga (Huso huso) and sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus). Fine grains reaching up to 2.7 mm in diameter make this caviar is extremely rare. It intrigues with the buttery-yellow colour of roe and unique creamy texture. This is a special product for each caviar connoisseur. Available only seasonally and in limited quantities.
