The National Support Centre for Agriculture, in accordance with the strategy defined by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, as part of implementing measures promoting Polish agri-food products in foreign markets, once again organised the Polish national stand at the Seoul Food & Hotel fair, which was held from 30 May to 2 June 2023.
The Seoul Food and Hotel fair is the largest food fair in South Korea. Every year, the fair is attended by about 1,400 exhibitors from 40 countries, including Poland. The event is largely geared towards on the import of food to South Korea.
At the Polish national stand, the export offer was presented by the Polish companies representing the following product groups: fish, caviar, juices and fruit preserves, organic products, sweet food additives, sweets, cereal coffee, dietary supplements, pasta, and honey.
The Polish stand was officially opened by Piotr Ostaszewski – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Korea and by the representatives of KOWR.
The Polish stand was highly popular among the visitors to the fair, and the Polish entrepreneurs conducted many talks with potential business partners.
