Celiko is the experienced Polish food producer, in particular of functional and dietary food. The company was established in 1982 and has been specialising and developing in the area of food production, especially dry food concentrates, from the very beginning of its operation. We have commenced our activity with difficult production requiring strict regime i.e. dietary food for elimination diets, in particular for celiac syndrome.
The Celiko offer includes among others:
• lyophilised bars and snacks: lyophilised fruit bars of various flavours (among others strawberry, raspberry, cherry), lyophilised fruits (100% of fruits), lyophilised oat snacks with fruits (cubes)
• natural food ingredients: lyophilised fruits and vegetables of various shapes, spray dried fruit and vegetable powders, granulates (spray dried fruit and vegetable powders in a form of practical granules)
• baked good additives, powder desserts (among others puddings, kissels, jellies, cake mixtures (powdered).
• instant beverages: granulated tea beverages, instant cocoa, natural cocoa (powdered, drinking chocolate), cappuccino.
All products offered by Celiko are gluten-free. One of our key brands is FRUPP – lyophilised fruit bars and snacks. These are delicious and nutritious snacks making a perfect alternative to high-caloric sweets. They are produced using the lyophilisation method – recognised as the best preserving dying process. Thanks to this method, fruits used for production of FRUPP bars and snacks preserve both their intense flavour and taste and for the most their nutritional values to a large extent. At present the FRUPP line consists in several products grouped in 4 categories:
• Lyophilised crunchy fruit bars
• Lyophilised crunchy fruit bars – FRUPP Kids
• Lyophilised fruits (100% of fruits)
• Lyophilised oat snacks FRUPP Day – cubes
FRUPP is a delicious and nutritious snack being a rich source of fibre and antioxidants. It can be consumed as an additive to muesli, yogurt or a dessert, as well as in the form of a tasty fruit cocktail. When dissolved in water and frozen, it tastes as an ice sorbet.
The FRUPP products are gluten, salt, fat, preservative and colorant free.
