This family company focuses on innovative processing of the organic and gluten-free grains, such as maize, buckwheat, rice, chickpea and oat. Our know-how and state-of-the-art technology formed the basis for creating and developing Food Tech, with the superior objective of producing healthy raw food materials as well as healthy and functional food. This is how our brand MONCANA , dedicated also to the retail market, was established. Botanika Farm is one of the leading producers of raw food materials in the organic and gluten-free standard and cooperates with the leading producers of the European market from the snack, breakfast cereal, baked goods or child food sector. We operate based on carefully verified suppliers and non-genetically modified raw materials, in compliance with the FSSC22000 standards. Our production capacity is 50 thousand tonnes/year, we have our own granary, storage facilities as well as the most technologically advanced production line in Poland.
