The MEDITERRANEA brand was established in 1991 with the intention of putting on the Polish market nest egg pasta manufactured according to an original Italian recipe that refers to homemade pasta. Our pasta is made using the al bronzo extrusion technology. Thanks to the porous structure obtained, the sauce sticks to the pasta. With the unique technology and hours-long drying at a precisely defined temperature, the product remains its scent and aroma. Besides traditional egg pasta, we also have a line of flavoured and whole grain rye pasta. To meet Polish customers’ expectations we offer pasta made of the highest quality ingredients. Our product combines the Italian tradition and Polish flavours. To ensure the highest quality, the pasta manufacturing process meets the requirements of the BRC and HACCP standards.
